<Text>The Welsh Ministers are satisfied that a mistake has occurred in the preparation of the County Borough of Wrexham (Electoral Arrangements) Order 2021<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> made under section 37(1) of the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/> (“<Term id="term-the-2013-act">the 2013 Act</Term>”).</Text></P>
