8.—(1) Mae Rheoliad Gweithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) 2019/935 sy’n gosod rheolau ar gyfer cymhwyso Rheoliad (EU) Rhif 1308/2013 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor o ran dulliau dadansoddi ar gyfer pennu nodweddion ffisegol, cemegol ac organoleptig cynhyrchion gwinwydd a hysbysiadau am benderfyniadau Aelod-wladwriaethau ynghylch cynnydd mewn cryfder alcoholaidd naturiol(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Erthygl 2, hepgorer “referred to in point (d) of Article 75(5) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013”.
