7.—(1) Mae Rheoliad Dirprwyedig y Comisiwn (EU) 2019/934 sy’n ategu Rheoliad (EU) Rhif 1308/2013 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor o ran ardaloedd tyfu gwin lle caniateir cynyddu’r cryfder alcoholaidd, arferion gwinyddol awdurdodedig a chyfyngiadau sy’n gymwys i gynhyrchiad a chadwraeth cynhyrchion gwinwydd, y ganran isaf o alcohol ar gyfer sgil-gynhyrchion a’u gwarediad, a chyhoeddi ffeiliau OIV wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Erthygl 4(1)(a), hepgorer “and Article 80(3)(b) to (e)”.
(3) Yn Erthygl 7(1), hepgorer “point (h) of Article 75(3) and”.
(4) Yn Erthygl 9(1), yn lle “Article 75(3)(f) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013” rhodder “this regulation”.
