4.—(1) Mae Rheoliad Gweithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) Rhif 543/2011 sy’n gosod rheolau manwl ar gyfer cymhwyso Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1234/2007 mewn cysylltiad â’r sectorau ffrwythau a llysiau a ffrwythau a llysiau wedi eu prosesu(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Erthygl 3(2), hepgorer “referred to in Article 75(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013”.
