Amendment of Commission Regulation (EC) No 543/20082.

(1)

Commission Regulation (EC) No 543/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards the marketing standards for poultrymeat3 is amended as follows.

In Article 1, for “Article 75(1)(g) of Regulation (EC) No 1308/2013” substitute “paragraph 17(1)(d) (poultry and poultrymeat) of Schedule 5 to the Agriculture Act 2020, excluding live poultry”.

Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/20114.
