NODYN ESBONIADOL

Y Rheoliadau hyn yw’r rheoliadau cychwyn cyntaf a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan Ddeddf Iechyd a Gofal 2022 (“y Ddeddf”). Maent yn dwyn i rym adran 161(2) o’r Ddeddf o ran Cymru ar 22 Tachwedd 2022.
Mae adran 161(2) yn diwygio adran 88 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006. Mae adran 88 yn rhoi pŵer i Weinidogion Cymru i wneud rheoliadau mewn perthynas â phennu tâl ar gyfer personau sy’n darparu gwasanaethau fferyllol. Mae adran 161(2) o’r Ddeddf yn diwygio’r pwerau sy’n galluogi i reoliadau gael eu gwneud i sefydlu trefniadau talu gwahanol ar gyfer cynhyrchion meddyginiaethol arbennig i gynnwys cynhyrchion ar gyfer brechu ac imiwneiddio, meddyginiaethau neu gyffuriau a ddefnyddir ar gyfer atal neu drin clefydau pandemig neu glefydau pandemig posibl, a chynhyrchion cysylltiedig.
