Darpariaeth drosiannol: Decocwinad (Deccox®) (rhif adnabod 51756i (E756 yn flaenorol))
11.—(1) Caniateir i’r ychwanegyn bwyd anifeiliaid perthnasol a bwyd anifeiliaid sy’n ei gynnwys, a gynhyrchir ac a labelir cyn diwedd 23 Mai 2023 yn unol ag amodau’r awdurdodiad ymlaen llaw, barhau i gael eu rhoi ar y farchnad a’u defnyddio hyd nes y bydd y stociau presennol wedi eu dihysbyddu.
(2) Yn y rheoliad hwn—
mae “yr awdurdodiad ymlaen llaw” (“the prior authorisation”) yn cyfeirio at yr awdurdodiad sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 1289/2004 sy’n ymwneud ag awdurdodi am 10 mlynedd yr ychwanegyn Deccox® mewn bwydydd anifeiliaid, sy’n perthyn i’r grŵp o gocsidiostatau a sylweddau meddyginiaethol eraill(1);
mae “ychwanegyn bwyd anifeiliaid perthnasol” (“relevant feed additive”) yn cyfeirio at yr ychwanegyn bwyd anifeiliaid Decocwinad (Deccox®)a awdurdodwyd yn flaenorol o dan yr awdurdodiad ymlaen llaw sydd â’r rhif adnabod E756.
