(Nid yw’r nodyn hwn yn rhan o’r Rheoliadau)
Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014 (“Deddf 2014”) a Rheoliadau Digartrefedd (Bwriadoldeb) (Categorïau Penodedig) (Cymru) 2015 (“Rheoliadau 2015”).
Mae rheoliad 2 yn diwygio Deddf 2014 i bennu disgrifiad pellach o berson sydd ag angen blaenoriaethol am lety at ddibenion Pennod 2 o Ran 2 o’r Ddeddf honno. Mae’r Bennod honno yn gosod dyletswyddau ar awdurdodau tai lleol i gynorthwyo pobl sy’n ddigartref neu o dan fygythiad o ddigartrefedd.
Mae rheoliad 3 yn gwneud newid cyfatebol i Reoliadau Digartrefedd (Bwriadoldeb) (Categorïau Penodedig) (Cymru) 2015.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Rheoliadau hyn. O ganlyniad, lluniwyd asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau hyn. Gellir cael copi oddi wrth: Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ ac ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar www.llyw.cymru.
