Education Act 1997 E+W

3.—(1) The Education Act 1997(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 32(6)(a)(2), for “special educational needs (as defined in section 312 of the Education Act 1996)” substitute “additional learning needs (as defined in section 2 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018)”.
