Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 90(1) of the Coronavirus Act 20201 (“the Act”), make the following Regulations.
The Welsh Ministers are satisfied that the conditions specified in section 90(7) of the Act are satisfied in relation to the provisions expired by these Regulations.
In accordance with section 94(1) of the Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, Senedd Cymru2.
