The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 20213 is amended as follows.

for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c)

sections 17 to 36;”;

(b)

for sub-paragraph (xxv) of paragraph (o) substitute—
