CHAPTER 4 AMENDMENTS TO THE EDUCATION (STUDENT SUPPORT) (POSTGRADUATE MASTER’S DEGREES) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2019

Amendments to the Education (Student Support) (Postgraduate Mater’s Degrees) (Wales) Regulations 2019

37.  The Education (Student Support) (Postgraduate Master’s Degrees) (Wales) Regulations 2019(1) are amended in accordance with regulations 38 and 39.

Amendments to regulation 31

38.  In regulation 31 (amount of contribution to costs loan)—

(a) in paragraph (2), for “£16,489” substitute “£17,025”;

(b) in paragraph (3)(b), for “£16,489” substitute “£17,025”.

Amendments to regulation 36

39.  In regulation 36 (effect of becoming, or ceasing to be, an eligible prisoner)—

(a) in paragraph (8), for “£16,489” substitute “£17,025”;

(b) in paragraph (10), for “£16,489” substitute “£17,025”.
