The title of these Regulations is the Education (Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into force on 26 February 2021 and apply to the provision of support to students in relation to an academic year which begins on or after 1 August 2021, whether anything done under these Regulations is done before, on or after that date.
