eId="article-2"><heading>Appointed Day</heading><num>2.</num><content><p>The day appointed for the coming into force of the Additional Learning Needs Code (a copy of which was laid in draft before Senedd Cymru on 18 March 2021 and which was approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru on 23 March 2021) is 1 September 2021.</p></content></article><hcontainer name="signatures"><hcontainer
