The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 207(4) of, and paragraph 6F of Schedule 17 to, the Equality Act 20101, make the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 209(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru2.
