Amendment of Regulation (EU) No. 1306/20132.

Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy3, is amended, insofar as it relates to domestic support for rural development, as follows.

For the heading of Article 8 substitute “Powers”.
