Saving provision4.
Subject to articles 7 to 12 and articles 14 to 16, despite the disapplication by section 96 and paragraph 4(9) of the Schedule to the Act of Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the 1996 Act16 in relation to a child who has identified special educational needs—
(a)
the old law continues to have effect in relation to that child; and
(b)
the new law does not have effect in relation to that child.
