<Pnumber>1</Pnumber>
<P2para><Text>A delivery agreement consists of the community involvement scheme prepared in accordance with regulation 8 and the timetable prepared in accordance with regulation 10.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>
<P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/wsi/2021/360/regulation/11/2/made" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/wsi/2021/360/regulation/11/2" id="regulation-11-2">
<Pnumber>2</Pnumber>
<P2para>
<Text>The delivery agreement must be approved by resolution of the CJC and then submitted to the Welsh Ministers for their agreement.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Pnumber>3</Pnumber>
<P2para>
<Text>The Welsh Ministers must respond within the period of four weeks beginning with the day on which they receive the delivery agreement.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Pnumber>4</Pnumber>

<Text>If the Welsh Ministers fail to respond within that period, the delivery agreement is deemed to have been agreed at the end of that period, but this is subject to paragraphs (5) and (6).</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Text>The Welsh Ministers may notify the CJC in writing that they require up to a further 12 weeks, in addition to the time in paragraph (3), to consider the agreement.</Text>

<Pnumber>6</Pnumber>

<Text>If the Welsh Ministers fail to respond within the period notified under paragraph (5), the delivery agreement is deemed to have been agreed at the end of that period.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Pnumber>7</Pnumber>

<Text>The CJC must not take any steps under Chapter 4 until the Welsh Ministers agree the delivery agreement, or the delivery agreement is deemed to have been agreed.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Pnumber>8</Pnumber>
<P2para>
<Text>The CJC must keep the delivery agreement under regular review and any revision must be approved by resolution of the CJC and submitted to the Welsh Ministers for their agreement.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Pnumber>9</Pnumber>
<P2para>
<Text>Paragraphs (3) to (8) apply to any revision of the delivery agreement as they do to the preparation of the agreement.</Text>
</P2para>
</P2>

<Pnumber>10</Pnumber>
<P2para>
<Text>The CJC must, as soon as reasonably practicable after the delivery agreement or a revision to the delivery agreement is agreed or deemed to be agreed, notify—</Text>

<Text>such of the general consultation bodies as the CJC considers appropriate.</Text>

<Text>The CJC need not comply with a particular requirement of its community involvement scheme if it has reasonable grounds to believe that non-compliance is unlikely to prejudice any person’s opportunity to be involved in the exercise of the CJC’s functions under Part 6 of the 2004 Act.</Text>
