Deddf Llywodraeth Leol ac Etholiadau (Cymru) 2021
5.—(1) Mae adran 49 (hysbysiadau etc. ynglŷn â chyfarfodydd awdurdodau lleol) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol ac Etholiadau (Cymru) 2021 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Daw’r testun presennol yn is-adran (1).
(3) Ar ôl yr is-adran honno mewnosoder—
“(2) Mae unrhyw hysbysiad neu ddogfen arall sy’n ymwneud â chyfarfod awdurdod lleol y mae’n ofynnol o dan unrhyw ddeddfiad iddynt gael eu cyhoeddi’n electronig, at ddibenion paragraff 5 o Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Difenwi 1996 (p. 31), i’w trin fel dogfen y mae’n ofynnol yn ôl y gyfraith iddi fod yn agored i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.
(3) Yn is-adran (2) mae i “cyfarfod awdurdod lleol” yr un ystyr ag yn adran 50(5).”
