Darpariaeth drosiannol
11.—(1) Mae unrhyw hysbysiad neu ddogfen arall a gyhoeddwyd neu a anfonwyd cyn 1 Mai 2021 yn unol â’r darpariaethau a bennir ym mharagraff (2) mewn perthynas â chyfarfod neu wrandawiad a gynhaliwyd ar neu ar ôl 1 Mai 2021, i’w trin fel pe baent wedi eu cyhoeddi neu wedi eu hanfon yn unol â’r darpariaethau hynny fel y’u diwygiwyd gan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Dyma’r darpariaethau—
(a)adrannau 24(5) a 26(3) o Ddeddf Archwilio Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2004 fel y’u haddaswyd gan Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Coronafeirws) (Cyfarfodydd) (Cymru) 2020;
(b)paragraff 6(2) a (3) o Atodlen 3 i Orchymyn Awdurdodau Parciau Cenedlaethol (Cymru) 1995 fel y’i haddaswyd gan Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Coronafeirws) (Cyfarfodydd) (Cymru) 2020;
(c)rheoliadau 26(1), (2A) a (4) a 27(1) i (3) o Reoliadau Pwyllgorau Safonau (Cymru) 2001 fel y’u haddaswyd gan Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Coronafeirws) (Cyfarfodydd) (Cymru) 2020;
(d)rheoliadau 4, 6, 12 ac 20 o Reoliadau Deddf Trwyddedu 2003 (Gwrandawiadau) 2005;
(e)rheoliadau 5, 7 a 10 o Reoliadau Deddf Hapchwarae 2005 (Trafodion Pwyllgorau ac Is-bwyllgorau Trwyddedu) (Trwyddedau Mangreoedd a Datganiadau Dros Dro) (Cymru a Lloegr) 2007.
