The title of these Regulations is the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (Consequential Amendments and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into force immediately after Schedule 4 to the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 comes fully into force4.
