Title and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) Order 2021.

(2) In this Order, “the 2021 Act” means the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021.
