Publication and provision of copies of documents19.
(1)
The Council must publish any rules of procedure made under article 18—
(a)
on a website which it maintains on the internet, and
(b)
in such other manner as it sees fit.
(2)
The Council must, at the request of any person, provide that person with a copy of such rules of procedure made under article 18.
