Penodi cadeirydd ac is-gadeiryddLL+C
2.—(1) Yng nghyfarfod cyntaf CBC y Canolbarth—
(a)penodi cadeirydd ac is-gadeirydd fydd y busnes cyntaf a drafodir, a
(b)rhaid i’r aelod cyngor ar gyfer cyngor sir Ceredigion gadeirio’r cyfarfod hyd nes y penodir y cadeirydd (ac mae’r cadeirydd i gadeirio gweddill y cyfarfod).
(2) Ym mhob cyfarfod cyffredinol blynyddol o CBC y Canolbarth —
(a)rhaid cadarnhau bod penodiad y cadeirydd a’r is-gadeirydd yn parhau, neu
(b)rhaid penodi cadeirydd newydd, is-gadeirydd, neu’r ddau.
(3) Rhaid i’r cadeirydd a’r is-gadeirydd gael eu penodi o blith yr aelodau cyngor.
(4) Rhaid i’r cadeirydd a’r is-gadeirydd gael eu penodi, neu eu cadarnhau gan—
(a)yr aelodau cyngor, a
(b)unrhyw [F1aelodau eraill] sydd â hawl i bleidleisio ar y mater.
(5) Os yw swydd cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd yn dod yn wag, rhaid penodi i lenwi’r swydd wag yn y cyfarfod cyntaf CBC y Canolbarth a gynhelir ar ôl i’r swydd ddod yn wag.
(6) Os yw swydd y cadeirydd yn wag, caniateir i’r is-gadeirydd gyflawni swyddogaethau cadeirydd hyd nes y llenwir y swydd wag.
(7) Er gwaethaf paragraff 1, pan fo swyddi’r cadeirydd a’r is-gadeirydd yn wag ar yr un pryd, rhaid i’r cyfarfod y cyfeirir ato yn is-baragraff (5) gael ei gadeirio, hyd nes y llenwir un o’r swyddi gwag, gan aelod cyngor a bennir gan gyngor sir Ceredigion.
