Gosodwyd drafft o’r offeryn hwn gerbron Senedd Cymru ac fe’i cymeradwywyd drwy benderfyniad ganddi yn unol â pharagraffau 1(8) ac 8F(7) o Atodlen 7 i’r Ddeddf honno(2).
