Trosglwyddo gwybodaeth, data a chofnodion
6.—(1) Mae unrhyw eiddo, hawliau ac atebolrwyddau sydd gan Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Prifysgol Felindre, yn union cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo, mewn perthynas â gwybodaeth, data a chofnodion sy’n ymwneud ag Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Prifysgol Felindre wrth arfer swyddogaethau GGGC neu mewn cysylltiad â’r swyddogaethau hynny, i’w trosglwyddo ar y dyddiad trosglwyddo i IGDC.
(2) Mae trosglwyddo unrhyw wybodaeth, data a chofnodion y mae’r erthygl hon yn gymwys iddynt yn ddarostyngedig i unrhyw hawliau trydydd parti sy’n bodoli mewn perthynas â’r wybodaeth honno neu’r data hynny a’r cofnodion hynny.
