1. Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) (Diwygio) 2021 a daw i rym ar 1 Ebrill 2021.
Diwygio erthygl 3 o Orchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) 1993
2. Yn erthygl 3(2)(c) o Orchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) 1993(3), hepgorer “a range of information technology systems and associated support and consultancy services, desktop services, web development, telecommunications services, healthcare information services and”.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio ymhellach Orchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) 1993 er mwyn diwygio swyddogaethau Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Prifysgol Felindre.
Mae’r swyddogaethau wedi eu diwygio er mwyn rhoi cyfrif am roi swyddogaethau i Iechyd a Gofal Digidol Cymru mewn perthynas â darparu platfformau, systemau a gwasanaethau digidol.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn hwn. O ganlyniad, ni luniwyd asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Gorchymyn hwn.
