Consequential amendment to the Local Land Charges Rules 2018

5.—(1) The Local Land Charges Rules 2018 are amended as follows.

(2) In rule 15 (Revocations)—

(a) at the beginning of paragraph (1) omit the words “Subject to paragraph (2)”; and

(b) omit paragraph (2).
