Incorporation of the mineral code

30.  Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications that—

(a) for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”;

(b) for “undertaking” substitute “authorised works”; and

(c) for “compulsory purchase order” substitute “this Order”.
