Incorporation of the mineral code30.
Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications that—
(a)
for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”
;
(b)
for “undertaking” substitute “authorised works”
; and
(c)
for “compulsory purchase order” substitute “this Order”
