(1)
The Corporate Joint Committees (General) (Wales) Regulations 2021 17 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 2 the definitions of “co-opted participant” and “member” are omitted.
(3)
In regulation 3, both where it appears in the heading and in the body of the regulation, for “co-opted participants” substitute “sub-committee members”
.
(4)
In Schedule 1, in paragraph 1—
(a)
in the heading, for co-opted participants” substitute “sub-committee members”
;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (1)(a)(ii), for “co-opted participant” substitute “a member of a sub-committee”
.
