The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 45B and 45P(2) of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 19841, make the following Regulations.

Title and coming into force1.

(1)

The title of these Regulations is the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 14) Regulations 2021.

(2)

These Regulations come into force at 7.59 p.m. on 26 November 2021.

Revocation2.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 13) Regulations 20212 are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations revoke the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 13) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/1327 (W. 340)).

The Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, a regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with these Regulations.
