The Glyn Rhonwy Pumped Storage Generating Station Order 2017 (“the 2017 Order”) is amended as follows.

For paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the 2017 Order substitute “The authorised development must be commenced no later than 29 March 2024.”.
