Provisions coming into force on 17 November 2021

2.  The following provisions of the 2021 Act come into force on 17 November 2021—

(a) sections 19 to 21;

(b) paragraphs 1(3) to 1(5), 1(7), 1(9), 5 and 13 of Schedule 2.
