Cantref and Grofield — change in community ward boundaries and consequential change to electoral wards E+W

9.  The part of the Cantref ward of the community of Abergavenny shown hatched on Map 8—

(a) is transferred to the Grofield ward of the community of Abergavenny;

(b) forms part of the electoral ward of Grofield.
