Creation of the new community ward of Mount Pleasant E+W

76.  The new community ward of Mount Pleasant of the community of Chepstow is created which—

(a) comprises the area shown hatched on Map 64;

(b) forms part of the new electoral ward of Larkfield and St Kingsmark.
