247.  The community of Whitecastle consists of six wards—

(a) Llangattock Vibon Avel;

(b) Llanvihangel-Ystern-Llewern;

(c) Newcastle;

(d) Penrhos;

(e) Rockfield and St Maughans;

(f) Whitecastle.
