Creation of the new community ward of Rockfield and St Maughans E+W

244.  The new community ward of Rockfield and St Maughans is created in the community of Whitecastle which—

(a) comprises the area shown hatched on Map 165;

(b) forms part of the electoral ward of Llantilio Crossenny.
