Creation of the new community ward of Llanvihangel-Ystern-Llewern E+W

241.  The new community ward of Llanvihangel-Ystern-Llewern is created in the community of Whitecastle which—

(a) comprises the area shown hatched on Map 162;

(b) forms part of the electoral ward of Llantilio Crossenny.
