Clydach and Gilwern — change in community ward boundaries and consequential change to electoral wards

128.  The part of the Clydach ward of the community of Llanelly shown hatched on Map 97—

(a) is transferred to the of Gilwern ward of the community of Llanelly;

(b) forms part of the electoral ward of Llanelly Hill.
