113.  The parts of the community of Gwehelog Fawr shown hatched on Map 85 and Map 86—

(a) are transferred to the community of Llanarth;

(b) form the community ward of Kemeys Commander and Llancayo;

(c) form part of the electoral ward of Llanover.
