103.  The part of the Goetre ward of the community of Goetre Fawr shown hatched and numbered 1 on Map 80—

(a) is transferred to the new Nant-Y-Derry ward of the community of Goetre Fawr;

(b) forms part of the electoral ward of Goetre Fawr.
