The community of Bangor: abolition of the community ward of Deiniol and changes to community wards E+W

4.  The Deiniol ward of the community of Bangor, as it exists immediately before the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2022, is abolished and—

(a) the part of that ward shown hatched on Map 1 is transferred to the Hendre ward of the community of Bangor;

(b) the part of that ward shown hatched on Map 2 is transferred to the Hirael ward of the community of Bangor.
