The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 1(3)(a) of Schedule 5 to the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 20201, makes the following Regulations.
As required by paragraph 2(4) of Schedule 5 to that Act, a Minister of the Crown2 has been consulted before the making of these Regulations.
