Anfon pecynnau i aelwydydd ac at etholwyr drwy’r post
9.—(1) Caiff yr Awdurdod anfon pecyn aelwyd drwy’r post i’r aelwydydd hynny yn y gofrestr cyfeiriadau, a phecyn unigolyn at yr etholwyr hynny yn y gofrestr cyfeiriadau, y mae’r Awdurdod yn ystyried ei bod yn angenrheidiol at ddiben y cyfrifiad cyn diwrnod y cyfrifiad.
(2) Os nad yw’r Awdurdod yn anfon pecyn aelwyd neu becyn unigolyn drwy’r post o dan baragraff (1) rhaid iddo, yn lle hynny, ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad perthnasol drefnu danfon pecyn aelwyd neu becyn unigolyn â llaw i’r aelwyd honno neu at yr etholwr hwnnw (yn ôl y digwydd) yn unol â rheoliad 10.
(3) Mewn cysylltiad â phob pecyn cyfrifiad a anfonir drwy’r post yn unol â pharagraff (1), rhaid i’r Awdurdod sicrhau y gwneir cofnod yn y system olrhain holiaduron i ddangos y cyfeiriad yr anfonwyd y pecyn cyfrifiad iddo.
