Paratoi pecynnau cyfrifiad
8.—(1) Rhaid i’r Awdurdod baratoi cynifer o becynnau cyfrifiad y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraffau (3) i (5) y mae’n ystyried eu bod yn angenrheidiol at ddiben y cyfrifiad.
(2) Rhaid i gynnwys pob pecyn cyfrifiad gael ei roi mewn amlen wedi ei selio y gall unrhyw gyfeiriad wedi ei argraffu gael ei weld drwyddi.
(3) Rhaid i bob un o’r pecynnau ar-lein i aelwydydd, y pecynnau ar-lein i unigolion a’r pecynnau ar-lein i sefydliadau cymunedol gynnwys—
(a)yn eu trefn, cod mynediad unigryw ar gyfer holiadur H2(online) ac H2W(ar-lein), cod mynediad unigryw ar gyfer holiadur I2(online) ac I2W(ar-lein) a chod mynediad unigryw ar gyfer holiadur CE2(online) ac CE2W(ar-lein), a
(b)unrhyw wybodaeth ychwanegol y mae’r Awdurdod yn ystyried y gall gynorthwyo o ran llenwi a chyflwyno’r holiadur y mae’r pecyn hwnnw yn ymwneud ag ef.
(4) Rhaid i bob un o’r pecynnau papur i aelwydydd, y pecynnau papur i unigolion a’r pecynnau papur i sefydliadau cymunedol gynnwys—
(a)yn eu trefn, copi o holiadur H2(paper) ac H2W (papur), copi o holiadur I2(paper) ac I2W(papur) a chopi o holiadur CE2(paper) ac CE2W(papur),
(b)yn eu trefn, cod mynediad unigryw ar gyfer holiadur H2(online) ac H2W(ar-lein), cod mynediad unigryw ar gyfer holiadur I2(online) ac I2W(ar-lein) a chod mynediad unigryw ar gyfer holiadur CE2(online) ac CE2W(ar-lein),
(c)unrhyw wybodaeth ychwanegol y mae’r Awdurdod yn ystyried y gall gynorthwyo o ran llenwi a chyflwyno’r holiaduron y mae’r pecynnau hynny yn ymwneud â hwy, a
(d)amlen wedi ei thalu ymlaen llaw.
(5) Rhaid i’r pecynnau aelwyd (parhad) gynnwys—
(a)copi o holiadur HC2(paper) a chopi o holiadur HC2W(papur),
(b)unrhyw wybodaeth ychwanegol y mae’r Awdurdod yn ystyried y gall gynorthwyo o ran llenwi a chyflwyno’r holiadur, ac
(c)amlen wedi ei thalu ymlaen llaw.
