Rhaniadau gweinyddol a phenodiadau
4.—(1) At ddibenion y cyfrifiad, rhaid i’r Awdurdod—
(a)rhannu Cymru yn ardaloedd cyfrifiad a phenodi rheolwr gweithrediadau ardal i bob ardal gyfrifiad;
(b)rhannu pob ardal gyfrifiad yn—
(i)ardaloedd cydgysylltwyr cyfrifiad a phenodi cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad i bob ardal cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad;
(ii)ardaloedd cydgysylltwyr sefydliadau cymunedol a phenodi cydgysylltydd sefydliadau cymunedol i bob ardal cydgysylltydd sefydliadau cymunedol;
(c)rhannu pob ardal cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad a phob ardal cydgysylltydd sefydliadau cymunedol yn ddosbarthau cyfrifo a phenodi cynifer o swyddogion cyfrifiad a swyddogion sefydliadau cymunedol y mae’n ystyried eu bod yn angenrheidiol at ddiben cynnal y cyfrifiad yn y dosbarthau hynny, yn unol â Deddf 1920 a’r Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Caiff yr Awdurdod hefyd benodi cynifer o bersonau eraill y mae’n ystyried eu bod yn angenrheidiol er mwyn cynnal y cyfrifiad.
(3) Rhaid i’r personau a benodir o dan baragraffau (1) a (2) gyflawni’r dyletswyddau a neilltuir iddynt o dan Ddeddf 1920 a’r Rheoliadau hyn.
