Rhoi gwybodaeth
17.—(1) Rhaid i bob person y mae ffurflen i’w llenwi mewn cysylltiad ag ef o dan Orchymyn y Cyfrifiad, i’r graddau y mae’r person hwnnw yn gallu gwneud hynny, roi i’r person rhagnodedig sy’n atebol am lenwi’r ffurflen unrhyw wybodaeth, gan gynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol, y gall fod ei hangen yn rhesymol ar y person rhagnodedig at ddiben cyflawni rhwymedigaethau’r person rhagnodedig hwnnw o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Rhaid i bob person rhagnodedig roi i unrhyw benodai yr wybodaeth honno, gan gynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol, y gall fod ei hangen yn rhesymol ar y penodai er mwyn cyflawni dyletswyddau’r penodai o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(3) Ni chaiff person, y rhoddir gwybodaeth bersonol iddo yn unol â’r Rheoliadau hyn, heb awdurdod cyfreithlon—
(a)defnyddio’r wybodaeth honno (ac eithrio at ddiben cyflawni rhwymedigaeth o dan y Rheoliadau hyn), na
(b)ei chyhoeddi na’i chyfathrebu i unrhyw berson arall (ac eithrio at ddiben cyflawni rhwymedigaeth o dan y Rheoliadau hyn).
