Cynnal y cyfrifiad ar gyfer personau yng Ngrŵp G

15.  Rhaid i gydgysylltydd cyfrifiad, yn unol ag unrhyw gyfarwyddiadau a ddyroddir gan yr Awdurdod, wneud trefniadau yn ardal cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad y cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad hwnnw—

(a)i holiadur CE2(online) neu CE2W(ar-lein), neu holiadur CE2(paper) neu CE2W(papur) gael ei lenwi a’i gyflwyno mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw grŵp o bersonau rhagnodedig sy’n llenwi holiadur I2(online) neu I2W(ar-lein), neu holiadur I2(paper) neu I2W(papur) yn unigol o dan baragraff (b);

(b)i becyn papur i unigolion gael ei draddodi i’r personau rhagnodedig yng Ngrŵp G yn Atodlen 1 i Orchymyn y Cyfrifiad ac i bob person rhagnodedig naill ai—

(i)defnyddio’r cod mynediad unigryw sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y pecyn i gael mynediad i holiadur I2(online) neu I2W(ar-lein) a llenwi a chyflwyno’r holiadur hwnnw yn unol â’r cyfarwyddiadau a ddarperir ar-lein, neu

(ii)llenwi’r copi o holiadur I2(paper) neu I2W(papur) sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y pecyn, ei roi yn yr amlen wedi ei thalu ymlaen llaw a ddarperir a’i anfon i’r Awdurdod drwy’r post; neu ei draddodi i’r person sy’n llenwi holiadur o dan baragraff (a).
