16.—(1) Mae Rhan 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ym mharagraff 2—

(a)yn is-baragraff (1)(a), yn lle “, heblaw’r Swistir” rhodder “y mae’r gwaharddiad yn Erthygl 40(1) o’r Rheoliad Iechyd Planhigion yn gymwys iddynt”;

(b)yn is-baragraff (2)—

(i)ym mharagraff (a), yn lle “raglen a gymeradwywyd yn swyddogol yn yr Undeb Ewropeaidd neu’r Swistir” rhodder “raglen ar gyfer ardystio tatws a gymeradwywyd yn swyddogol gan awdurdod cymwys neu awdurdod Tiriogaeth Ddibynnol y Goron”;

(ii)ym mharagraff (b), yn lle “Atodiad 1 i Gyfarwyddeb 93/85/EEC” rhodder “EPPO PM 7/21”;

(iii)ym mharagraff (c), yn lle “Atodiad 2 i Gyfarwyddeb 98/57/EC” rhodder “EPPO PM 7/59”.
